When you have decided which tour and which date
you wish to participate, we will confirm by e-mail the availability
to you. Your next step is to complete the bookingform
and e-mail this.
A deposit of 150 Euros per person is required to secure a place.
You will be sent a written confirmation of the deposit paid
and of your actual booking.
The final payment is due 5 weeks in advance.
Cancellation charges are as follows.
5 weeks or more before departure date : loss of deposit
5-3 weeks before departure date : 40 % of balance
3-1 weeks before departure date : 65 % of balance
Within 1 week before departure date : 100 % of balance
At least 2 weeks before departure, you will
receive the On-Track information pack and final meeting arrangements.
